Mrs. Kerr has extensive experience with litigation and administrative law. Her practice areas include trademark preparation and prosecution, licensing, litigation, and unfair competition.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Mrs. Kerr earned her B.A. from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois in 1993, and J.D. from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California in 1997. She was admitted to the California bar in 1997, and the Nevada bar in 2001.
